One of the district judge of the Doglus county of Nebraska state, USA has dismissed a case against God! The reasoning for the dismissal was that under that state's law the plaintiff has to have access to the defendant for a lawsuit to move forward. Do you think judge's decision was odd enough? Well, think about the state Senator who filled the suit against God. According to the senator, God inspired fear and caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorisation of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants".
One might wonder, is it legal to institute a suit against the God? The answer would be if it is not expressly or impliedly prohibited in the domestic law about filing a suit against God, it may be legal. Then again it depends on case laws of the state as well. It seems one of the Law graduates have found the answer against the Courts decision!!
